Many of you reading this probably remember the book, “Love Is Letting Go of Fear” by Gerald G. Jampolsky, M.D.. While looking through my crumbling paperback edition I came upon this and decided to share it:

“I CAN ELECT TO CHANGE ALL THOUGHTS THAT HURT. That free will and choice are inherent attributes of the mind is something most of us tend to forget. We have all had the experience of feeling trapped in a situation where there seemed to be no escape.

“Here is a suggestion which may prove helpful under such circumstances. You can use active imagination to find a way out. Picture a wall and let it represent your problem. On this wall paint a door and hang a red exit sign above it. Imagine yourself opening the door, walking through it and shutting it firmly behind you. Your problem is no longer with you, since you have left it behind. Experience your new found freedom by imagining yourself in a place where you have no worries and there is nothing to do other than what you would enjoy. When you are ready to leave your happy retreat, bring with you this newly-found sense of release from past problem solving attempts. In the freshness of your new perception, solutions previously unavailable to you will now occur.

“If we perceive things not as problems but rather as opportunities for learning, we can experience a sense of joy and well-being when the lessons are learned. We are never presented with lessons until we are ready to learn them.

“In my mind are thoughts that can hurt me or help me. I am constantly choosing the contents of my mind, since no one else can make this choice for me. I can choose to let go of everything but my Loving thoughts.” (end of quote)

What Jampolsky calls “active imagination,” is what I call a “mental movie” on my mind-programming audios. It is the most powerful programming in the world. By creating and repeating a mind movie in which you symbolically leave your problems behind, you generate a manifesting energy, which in time will assist you to experience the freedom you are longing for.

Richard and I thought, like most of you, that once you died you see a beautiful Light and you naturally transition over to the Spirit World. And as you travel through the tunnel, the Light of Universal Love envelopes you and you have a joyful reunion with all your loved ones.

But why, then are there so many Entities that attach to the living? Richard and I see Entity attachments in about half of our clients, and of those that have them, there is usually two-to-four there! How is it that people who die don’t go to the Light and have that joyful reunion right away? Is it because the Entities are all mixed up and can’t see the Light? Is it because they aren’t evolved enough?

Whenever Richard speaks with the Entities, many say they have seen the Light but they chose not to go to it. Why? They all tell us they know they have died, and some have even said they know the Light is there, but they want to cling to life. They cling for varies reasons. Some cling to the living individual because it’s comforting while others may seek revenge. The revengeful may have followed our client through many lifetimes, or they want to project their will on a living being. The ones seeking comfort feel lost and disorientated when they die and slip into the nearest body they find available. Some are trapped in their host’s physical body.

It’s my understanding that there are always helpful Spirits and Angels waiting to bring people to the Light, as well as the newly-crossed over’s loved ones. Why would they ignore them to stay here on Earth?

My Guide, Lily explains that the Earth is a place of thoughts and emotions that we create in our minds to manifest into physical existence. Emotions can be strong, and those that are choosing to stay in the denser Earth world after death are doing so because of their emotional tie to life, or to a living person.

Many are used to this life-death cycle and easily go to the Light upon leaving the body, but many have had lives in which the veil of forgetting the Spirit World has led them to believe life on Earth is all there is. Their emotions have them either clinging to life, or seeking to exert their will onto a living being.

Emotions aren’t always negative, but being in control of your emotions is an idea brought forth by many wise people over the years. It makes sense to become the Master of your Emotions now so you don’t get caught up in the dense trap some entities do.

Lily reminds me to bring the Light into your life while you’re still living. The Light is where all creation happens. Regularly meditating and being aware of the Light surrounding you means you will naturally see and go to the Light upon your death.

In a recent hypnotist training, I asked for a volunteer to be regressed in front of the group. I usually demonstrate with two or three participants, so everyone taking the class fully understands the process. Darcy, an attractive woman of about 50, raised her hand. I gestured for her to come to the front of the class and sit in the recliner lounge. “I’m a little afraid,” she said.

“What are you afraid of?” I said, picking up my notebook and sitting down in a chair beside her.

“Well . . . I know you said, secrets won’t come out in hypnosis.” She shrugged her shoulders and flashed a nervous smile. I smiled back. Waited.

“I know you’re thinking, then why did I volunteer if I’m so worried.”

I laughed. “Don’t make assumptions about your clients, remember, I said that too?”

“Okay,” she said. “I’ve been married 14 years, and I’ve been having an affair for 13 years.”

I couldn’t help laughing out loud along with the rest of the participants. “Was that the secret?”

She nodded her head. “I want to you realize hypnosis didn’t have anything to do with that secret coming out. We haven’t even started, Darcy.”

“I guess I wanted it to come out.”

“Your husband isn’t here in the seminar is he?” I asked. She shook her head. “After 13 years, are you getting tired of living a double life?”

She looked down at the floor, slowly shook her head.

“What am I missing here?”

“Well . . . I’ve found someone else,” she said. “I’d like to have him too.”

The other participants howled. I tried to keep a straight face. Couldn’t.

Darcy’s husband wasn’t aware of her lover. The lover, of course, was aware of the husband. She hoped the new lover would accept both her husband and lover number one. To make a long column short, I regressed Darcy back to a past-life situation related to her current way of thinking.

She relived a South Seas incarnation in which open sexuality was the lifestyle of her people. When I counted her up, her first words were, “It should still be like that.”

David K. Reynolds, Ph.D. writes powerful books that introduce Western readers to Eastern growth methods. What David calls “constructive living” provides awareness about what in life is controllable and what is not.

A sensible individual does not waste time and energy trying to directly control their feelings, because feelings cannot be manipulated by the will. “We can’t make ourselves feel confident or satisfied or grateful or loving or courageous just by concentrating or wishing we were so. Try it. It doesn’t work with any consistency at all,” Reynolds says in “Even in summer the ice doesn’t melt.” (Quill Books)

You can will yourself to go to work, or to spend an evening with someone you don’t like, or walk the dog, even when you do not feel like it. To be mature is to be responsible for your actions, regardless of your feelings.

“People who try to ‘go with their feelings’ all the time run into a lot of trouble,” says Reynolds. “So do people who try to control their feelings. Some people try to extend the notion of responsibility for what they do (behavior) into the realm of emotions of feelings. That approach is a mistake. We can’t control what we feel. We aren’t bad for feeling anything — sexy feelings, lazy feelings, angry feelings, depressed feelings, confused feelings, any feelings. The best strategy for handling a feeling, any feeling, is to accept it as it is (without trying to fight it directly in any way) and go on about doing what life presents us to do. The feeling in time, will pass and be replaced by some other feeling. No feeling lasts in its intensity forever.”

I often quote a Reynolds line: “Behavior wags the tail of feelings.”

In other words, you can control your behavior, which in time may alter how you feel in a particular life area. If you watch pornography (behavior), you’re going to generate sex-related emotions (feelings). If you avoid helping someone you care about (behavior), you’re going to lower self-esteem (feelings). If your boyfriend left because you demanded he do what you wanted him to do (behavior), you now feel depressed about being alone (feelings).

You can control your behavior no matter how turbulent your emotional life. When you do, your feelings tend to settle down relatively quickly. But when you allow yourself to express wild extremes of behavior in response to extreme feelings, you perpetuate the intense emotions.

So accept your feelings as what is, knowing they will fade over time unless you do something to restimulate them. You are not responsible for what you feel, but you are responsible for what you do no matter what you are feeling.

Whatever you refuse to face consciously you must suffer unconsciously.

In fact all your current suffering is the result of situations you have refused to confront. You’ve refused to act, repressing your thoughts, feelings and emotions until they are like a rubber life raft held just below the surface of the water.

You can stand on the emotional raft, forcing it down, but when you run out of energy to do that, or when you are not guarded, the repressed emotions surface and you experience the effects.

The only way to resolve the conflicts in your life and attain peace of mind is to deal with them as directly, honestly and efficiently as possible. There are four steps to end suffering and to attain peace of mind:

1) ACCEPT SELF-RESPONSIBILITY: In accepting karma as your philosophical basis of reality, you accept self responsibility. Your problems are karmic situations you need to experience to learn and grow. There is no one to blame for anything you’ve ever experienced. And remember, wisdom erases karma, and the law of grace supersedes the law of karma (if you give love and mercy and grace in your life, you will receive the same in return).

2) ACCEPT THAT WHAT IS, IS: Accept the things you cannot change, change the things you can and have the wisdom to know the difference. Remember, you cannot change another human being.

3) DEVELOP DETACHED MIND: The goal is to enjoy all the good stuff life has to offer, but when outside conditions change, refrain from sinking into the basement of emotions (anger, hatred, desire for revenge). Allow negativity to flow through you without affecting you.

4) HARMONIOUS VIEWPOINT: The way you experience life is based on the way you choose to view what happens to you. Your viewpoint is the deciding factor in whether you perceive life as a troublesome journey or a harmonious experience.

Four steps to end suffering and obtain peace of mind! I’ve been working on these four wisdom points for 30 years and although I’m probably 90% there . . . I have to confess to now being totally there. But I can’t imagine living my life without this philosophical back up.

In my book “Radical Spirituality” I end the volume with 69 reminders (note the yin/yang symbology and circle of energy in the number) that summarizes our spiritual evolutionary path:

1. Your earthly purpose is to cast away your fear-based emotions. Doing so creates an “absence,” leaving only your God-self to interact with the world.

2. Everything you think, say and do creates karma. And that includes the motive, intent and desire behind everything you think, say and do.

3. Karma is the basis of reality, which means you are totally responsible for everything that has ever happened to you.

4. It is your resistance to “what is” (unalterable reality) that causes your suffering.

5. Truth isn’t something to be found, it’s something you create.

6. Practice meditation, which is training the mind to stay steady on an object without wavering, and cultivating insight to see more clearly.

7. When you don’t allow life to fully express itself, you are repressing who you are, and there will be a price to pay.

8. Be patient, compassionate and generous. Accept your kindness as self-serving, and do it anyway.

9. Give up your expectations of others. If they come through, great. If they don’t come through, that’s okay too.

10. Avoid gurus and religions. They’re bad for your mental health and they want your money.

11. Blame is self-pity and incompatible with the acceptance of karma and reincarnation.

12. Incorporate challenge into every aspect of your life to guarantee aliveness. If you don’t make your life interesting, your mind will do it for you.

13. Beliefs are not reality, but if you want to change your reality, you have to change your beliefs.

14. Don’t take things personally. Whoever is giving you grief would be giving grief to anyone who represented to them what you represent.

15. What society calls right and wrong, and moral and immoral is not necessarily so.

16. The point of power is now.

17. Practice being “in the moment.”

18. You will always live up to your self-image.

19. You can not become what you resent.

20. Where your attention goes, your energy flows.

21. Wisdom erases karma.

22. When you show mercy, grace and love, you will receive the same in return.

23. You always have the free will to choose how you will respond in any situation.

24. When you’re upset about the way it is and do nothing to change the situation, you are choosing to allow it to continue.

25. You don’t have to be in control to survive.

26. What you leave incomplete, you’ll be doomed to repeat.

27. Karma means you don’t get away with anything.

28. Within you is everything required to make your life happy and fulfilling.

29. Practice unconditional acceptance of others, by refraining from judgment, blame and expectations.

30. Other people are a mirror for you, because the traits you respond to in others, you recognize in yourself.

31. Everything manifest begins with an idea. Ideas and experiences create beliefs which, in turn, create reality.

32. Awareness is measured by how much you let yourself know of your own truth.

33. Everything you refuse to forgive in yourself and others remains with you as karmic baggage.

34. What other people do does not affect you. What you think about what they do affects you.

35. We are all mirrors of our own thoughts. So unhappiness and failure are self-inflicted while happiness and success are self-bestowed.

36. Every time you get upset with someone else, it is because you have expectations of approval or control (your expectations are in conflict with what is).

37. If you want to understand something or someone, you must observe without criticizing.

38. What you resist you draw to you.

39. Whatever you can conceive and believe, you can achieve, as long as your desires are realistic and do not conflict with the free will of others.

40. What you deny to others will be denied to you.

41. Love others as you would be loved, treasuring their uniqueness while accepting them as they are.

42. The greatest gift you can give another person is to be all of who you are.

43. In your heart you know the right thing to do at each moment in time.

44. You can detach from the chaos in your life by refusing to choose to control the outcome.

45. Your viewpoint determines how you react to life. You’re always free to choose a different viewpoint.

46. You need difficult people in your life to provide opportunities to test your resistance to what is.

47. What your mind has created, your mind can change.

48. The primary reason people are not as happy or fulfilled as they desire to be is because they do not know exactly what they want.

49. Simplicity is one of the key secrets of well-being.

50. Refuse to make a choice based upon the expectations of others. Instead, act in ways consistent with your purpose.

51. Imagination is more powerful than willpower. Change begins with imagination.

52. Practice being centered; physically relaxed, emotionally calm, mentally focused, and spiritually aware.

53. Practice persistence. Increasing self-discipline is a matter of building the strength not to give up.

54. Very little in life is really important, so separate what is from what isn’t … and respond only to what is.

55. What you resist in other people, other races, other lifestyles, you become, if not in this life, in the next.

56. In life you experience what you are deeply convinced is so.

57. Value being who you are more than being accepted.

58. You are body/mind/spirit, not body and mind and spirit. What your mind doesn’t handle, your body will try to resolve, draining spiritual energy in the process.

59. Suffering is also the source of your awakening.

60. When you’re upset or life isn’t working, become an “observer” by mentally filtering the situation through the observer’s detachment.

61. You will never succeed beyond the size of your vision. So think big.

62. The Universe will support your clearest desires.

63. Pursue your desires with no indecisiveness whatsoever. This assures you of getting what you want.

64. You will achieve self-actualization momentarily, lose it, then go after again. Eventually it sinks in.

65. Never use fear as a justification for avoiding life.

66. Never do things you will have to karmically punish yourself for.

67. Never do anything that causes you to lose self-esteem.

68. Forgive others, knowing that forgiveness is a selfish act you do for yourself to elevate karma and improve the quality of your life.

69. Wake up.

For years I’ve been saying that beliefs are the basis of reality. Beliefs generate thoughts and emotions, which in turn create all your experiences. It is that simple and there are no exceptions.

Your beliefs are the result of programming from your current incarnation and from your past lives. And many of your beliefs are faulty and self-defeating. They are blocks to your happiness and success. So if you’re not satisfied with your life, you need to begin the process of reinvention by changing beliefs.

But in this column I’d like to apply beliefs to stress. Stress manifests as a conflict between beliefs: 1) We have a belief about how things are, and 2) we have a belief about how things should be. When these two beliefs do not align, the result is stress.

Your belief about how something is, is not necessarily reality. You may think it is reality, but that doesn’t make it so. Reality just is. You cannot change what is. And if there is no possibility of changing it, why resist it? Remember Buddha‘s words: “It is your resistance to what is that causes your suffering.”

So stress is caused by a conflict between your interpretation of reality and your expectations of how things should be.

Exercise: 1) Recall a recent stressful experience. 2) Capture the emotions that accompanied the experience. 3) Explore your belief about how things were (your perception of reality). 4) Explore your belief about how the situation or other person should have been. 5) Explore the conflict between the two that caused the stress. 6) Also consider the experience from the perspective of your expectations being in conflict with what is (reality).

“Belief is an impediment to reality, and that is a very difficult pill to swallow for most of us. We are not seeking reality; we want gratification, and belief gives us gratification, it pacifies us.”

The purpose of your mind is to assure your personal survival, the survival of that which you identify with or consider yourself to be.

That sounds simple enough, but there is a lot to be considered here. First, if you identify with your mate or child, your mind would have you do anything to save them, from jumping off a ship into the sea, to rushing into a burning building to rescue them. This is because your mind thinks it cannot survive without this other person.

Apply this to wartime. Assume your mind considers you to be a patriotic American who will die to defend the interests of your country. You could not face perceiving yourself as a traitor or a coward. So you identify with your bravery and country. And you end up in the front lines with bullets flying around you, because your mind finds what you identify with to be necessary for your survival. Of course, you may get killed to support your mind’s idea of survival.

The purpose of your mind is the survival of your mind. At all costs, your mind wants to retain its programming: memories, points of view, thoughts, and beliefs. And it will survive by justifying your words and deeds — by trying to prove itself to be right. Even when you are not right, you will argue that you are.

Your mind does not care if you get what you want. It only wants to survive.

And if your mind wants to be right, it will seek out confirmation to assure its rightness. If a couple begins to argue, this lack of agreement threatens the mind’s very existence. And predictably, you will seek out another person who is in agreement with you. Your mind actually needs agreement in order to survive (or so it thinks).

Your mind also always refers back to the past to justify current decisions and behavior. I wrote about this in my late 70s, early 80s books based upon my Bushido® Training. If someone were to invite you to go sailing, your mind would scan itself for any memories related to sailing. Maybe it comes upon a memory of drowning in a past life. All of sudden, you begin to feel queasy about sailing and politely decline the invitation, although you don’t consciously know why.

As another example, assume you are single but profess to want a relationship. Yet you have only allowed yourself to partner with others who are “safe,” because for one reason or another, they cannot commit to you. Or every time you do come close to committing to a potential mate, your mind recalls past pain experienced in a relationship — this life or a past life – and you subconsciously find a way to undermine the union.

The est training taught, “The mind is a linear arrangement of multisensory total records of successive moments of now. Its purpose, its design function, is survival: the survival of the being and anything which the being considers itself to be. When the being identifies itself with its mind, we call this state of affairs the ego, and means that the mind’s purpose becomes the survival of the mind itself. For the mind to survive, it tries to keep itself intact, it seeks agreement and tries to avoid disagreement. It wants to dominate and avoid domination, it wants to justify its points of view, conclusions, decisions, and avoid invalidation. It wants to be right. Running through it all, over it all, is the unending effort of the mind to prove itself right.” (from “The Book of est” by Luke Rhinehart)

We are here on earth to attain freedom of the self and from the self. Freedom from the self is a matter of rising above the fear-based emotions that “run” our lives. To do this requires overriding our own mind. We need to learn to recognize when we have kicked into “survival mode.” And when we want to change our lives, hypnotic regression can be of value to find the cause of past fears. Mind programming is another powerful tool. I just happen to have a lot of CDs to help you in this area.

Last night, Roberta and I conducted our Thursday evening Webcast on the subject of Symbol Therapy—a psychotherapy technique of restructuring and redirecting unconscious energies. Symbol Therapy is part of Italian psychotherapist, Dr. Roberto Assagioli’s, Psychosynthesis. Ram Dass calls Psychosynthesis, “A marriage of spirit and psychotherapy.”

In his book, What We May Be, Piero Ferrucci says of Symbol Therapy: “When we visualize them, symbols can have a profoundly transformative impact on our psyche. They can be used to undo past conditioning and to establish new and more desirable energy patterns within us. Ferricco worked with Roberto Assagioli, who pioneered the technique.

In the nineties I created a line of Symbol Therapy tapes based upon Assagioli’s concepts, which I’m considering rerecording and bringing out as MP3s. The following is the script for “The Lighthouse.” It is written for someone feeling as if they need to survive in the midst of confusion and indecision . . . or they need to feel stronger.

The Lighthouse

(Hypnotic or Meditative Induction goes here)

All right, it’s time to imagine the scenes I will describe to the very best of your ability. Visualize every detail of these pictures in your mind. Make them real. Imagine the sounds and smells that accompany your impressions. Sense the feelings the environment generates within you.

To begin, vividly imagine that you’re steering a boat through rough seas . . . you’re in the wheelhouse of a small fishing vessel. Its night . . . pitch black and a storm is brewing. Your boat is pitching and rolling in the heavy seas . . . rain begins to beat down on the deck and you do your best to hold the wheel steady.

Perceive every detail of this situation in your mind. Smell the salt air . . . hear the wind howling . . . and when you open the wheelhouse door, feel the rain spray on your face. You’re wearing a rain poncho, but it doesn’t protect you from the chill. Your boat pitches and rolls, and you feel a tenseness in the back of your neck and the muscles of your arms as you grasp the ship’s wheel.

(45 seconds of silence or music)

In the lightening flashes, you can see the rain-swept deck and the white caps of the gigantic waves as your boat is tossed up . . . riding the crest of a wave . . . and then it drops down . . . way down into the lowest point in the wave . . . and then back up again. You’re maintaining control, but you’re concerned, because you don’t know the direction of shore . . . and you’re tired of fighting the wheel. / / / / Totally experience the situation. Visualize what’s happening. Experience your emotions and the feeling of fatigue. Do this as vividly as you can. Guiding your boat through the stormy sea.

(45 seconds of silence or music)

There’s no letup in the weather . . . the rain and waves pound the window of the wheelhouse. But for just an instant you would swear you saw a light. You stare into the blackness to no avail . . . nothing. Nothing. And then, there it is again . . . a light. For just a moment there appears to be a sweep of light, and then it’s gone. You wait, hardly breathing. / / / / / / / / / / / The light reappears and disappears. And you change course and steer the boat in the direction of the light.

(45 seconds of silence or music)

An intense light cuts through the blackness and the storm. Perceive it in the darkness. The light is coming from a lighthouse, and it now remains visible on the horizon. The lighthouse offers a safe direction to steer your boat. And you know that a mile below the lighthouse is a safe bay. The light remains steady, and you’re filled with a great sense of relief.

(45 seconds of silence or music)

The lighthouse exists to guide you. The storm continues to toss your boat . . . when you step out onto the deck you feel the rain and the sea on your face . . . but the chill has been replaced with a deep sense of relief. You have a direction now. You are experiencing hope and optimism, for the light remains constant on the horizon and you are moving towards the bay. Experience yourself moving through the storm-tossed seas . . . focused upon the light from the lighthouse.

(45 seconds of silence or music)

And now, as you’re getting closer to the light, you realize that you’re moving into a protected bay. The sea isn’t as heavy. The pitching and rolling is subsiding. Experience the sense of relief. Be with the situation. Perceive every detail, very, very, vividly as you enter the outer edge of the bay . . . moving into calmer waters. Feel a profound sense of inner strength as you glide safely into the bay.

(45 seconds of silence or music)

You are safely in the bay. You look to the lighthouse on the rocks beyond the water. The light is circling . . . and you say a prayer of thanks for being safely guided here. / / / / / / / You anchor the boat. Experience what you body feels like at this time. Experience your emotions.

(45 seconds of silence or music)

All right . . . it’s time to leave the environment of the boat and the sea, but you can return to the lighthouse in the darkness at any time you desire to do so, by simply closing your eyes, taking a few deep breaths and mentally returning in your mind. But for now it’s time to go, so the boat and lighthouse are fading away . . . fading away . . . fading away . . . and as the images fade away you are fully aware that regardless of how overpowering or fearful a situation you find yourself within, there is always a light to guide you. There is always a spiritual light in the darkness, and it will lead you to safety and peace of mind. The journey will have strengthened you, and you’ll be a more secure and independent person because of your experience. / / / / / And you’re now feeling a sense of strength such as you have never experienced before. The essence of the journey remains with you . . . and on the count of five you’ll open your eyes and be wide awake, fully alert, thinking and acting with calm self assurance . . . and remembering everything you experienced with the boat in the storm.

Remote viewing, which I’ll be conducting in the Sedona Psychic Explorations Seminar starting June 30-July 1, is one of my favorite psychic seminar sessions because it demonstrates so conclusively the power of your mind to reach beyond time and space.

David Moorehouse, one of the top US Government remote viewers describes it as a matter of “folding space.” By manipulating the time-space continuum, you can mentally project to a person or place half way around the world, or you can project into the past or future. This is best accomplished by beginning a session at the deepest controllable altered state of consciousness — the theta level.

Moorehouse says it is a “thought-incubation state” — the point at which the line between the conscious and unconscious mind is very thin. At the point this line becomes transparent, the seasoned remote viewer mentally leaves our three-dimensional reality and crosses over into the fourth dimension.

Twenty three years ago, I hired Alan Vaughn as an editor at Valley of the Sun. At this time, Alan was the most accurate psychic predictor in America according to the Central Premonitions Bureau in New York. He was also a metaphysical author and a friend. We worked together on publishing projects and seminars. Alan also predicted numerous things in my life that transpired exactly as he said they would.

When he told me that he was joining a group called the Mobius Society, I was interested in learning more. California parapsychologist Steven Schwartz had organized a research foundation. The group was charged with integrating psychic methods into the traditional scientific approach to archaeology. Steven traveled to Egypt with a team of psychics to locate lost sites and lost artifacts. Before leaving on the trip, the psychics used remote viewing and a map dowsing technique to select the general search areas.

Two of the team members were George McMullen and Hella Hammid. Within a few weeks in Egypt, the Mobius members scored two successes, by psychically pinpointing the buried city of Marea, located 40 miles north of Alexandria. They drove a stake to mark where they perceived the corner of a building to be. And as Time-Life books pointed out, “Out of an area roughly the size of Chicago, both George McMullen and Hella Hammid — working separately — chose the same location; both also had impressions of ‘bathing’ and washing connected with the site. When the Mobius team’s digging uncovered an ancient building within thirty inches of the predictions, they could not confirm that it had been used for bathing. However, a later excavation nearby did unearth a bathhouse.”

As part if this psychic search of a desolate desert area, McMullen perceived the location of marble tiles which he said were about five-eights of an inch in size. Although he misperceived the shape he did describe them as smooth on one side and rough on the other. In response to this find, Steven Schwartz said, “Out of 225 square miles, he pinpointed the location of an object about the size of a quarter.”

Another important find for the Mobius team was a sunken ship off the Bahamas, exactly where the team’s remote viewers generally agreed it would be.
