This is what all my communications are ultimately about — freedom of the self and from the self. Freedom of the self means literal freedom. Freedom from the self means freedom from all the neurotic fear-based emotions such as prejudice, jealousy, hate, repression, greed, possessiveness, envy, guilt, egotism, malice, resentment, blame; and fear of commitment, intimacy, loss, abandonment, loneliness, success, failure, power, and the need to control others. Obsessions, dependencies and addictions are also fear-based emotions.

Richard and Roberta will explore the Five Paths to Freedom from the Self: 1. Accept reincarnation and karma; 2. Accept that what is, is; 3. Develop “detached mind.”; 4. Alter your viewpoint; and 5. Self-actualization.

Beliefs generate your thoughts and emotions, which in turn create your experiences. Beliefs are the result of present-life and past-life programming. Many of your beliefs are faulty and self-defeating — they block your happiness and success. Mind programming in the form of hypnosis, meditations, sleep programming and subliminals can program new beliefs or reprogram old beliefs.
